As a public service announcement, I’m posting every horrific mistake I make in the kitchen so that others may be spared.

Do not ever mix a whole packet of Parmesan cheese from Pizza Hut into a bowl of grits and cheese, because a little of that stuff goes a really long way.

I think it’ll be at least a week before the aftertaste of dirty feet and locker room odor goes away.
